Energy One’s deposit accounts are federally insured through the National Credit Union Administration Insurance Fund (NCUAIF). Not one penny of insured savings has ever been lost by a member of a federally insured credit union. The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 increased insurance coverage to $250,000 for each member account. However, depending on your account structure, you can increase your insured funds into the millions. Visit the NCUA’s share insurance estimator to determine your available coverage or call 1-800-755-1030, ext. 1 to talk with insurance experts about the available coverage.
