Energy One’s TeleBank is available for free, 24 hours a day. Call (918) 699-7190 or 1-800-628-7290. Check your balances, transfer funds, get account history, and more! All you need is your member number, a PIN, your share and loan IDs, the last 4 digits of the primary member’s social security # and a touch-tone telephone. Contact your branch office for a PIN.
Update – Energy One is adding an extra layer of security to our Telebank service on 05/03/2021. The following list will guide you through this change.
- Enter your member number normally.
- Enter your PIN.
- You will then be prompted with this message: “Please enter the last four digits of the primary member’s social security number.”
- Member enters last 4 digits of the social security# for primary member.
- The call will the continue as usual after authentication.
