PC System Analyst – Tulsa – Minimum 1 Yr of Rep Exp – Not a Remote Position

Job description:

To manage the company’s PC resources, recommend PC hardware and software purchases, and provide technical assistance.

Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Manages all levels of the desktop: provides troubleshooting and resource management assistance to I. S. staff, other internal personnel, and members in the areas of networks, PCs, printers, peripheral hardware products, and PC operating systems; provides informal training and guidelines to memory management, network client installation and configuration, printer setup and configuration, Windows tuning, software installation, etc.
  • Assists in the development and application of internal standards and controls for PCs, including software and hardware inventories, software library, installation records, user procedures and policies manual, and I. S. control policies.
  • Reviews PC product purchase requests for non-standard or beyond standard products; considers compatibility, serviceability, need, and price in forming a recommendation on behalf of I. S. to the appropriate company manager.
  • Works with I. S. staff and users to analyze needs, recommends solutions for PC-based applications; participates in product research or PC programming projects as necessary.
  • Researches and recommends standard desktop hardware and software products for the company including PCs, printers, personal productivity software, etc; negotiates favorable purchase terms, licenses agreements, etc.

Knowledge:

  • One to three-years of similar or related experience.
  • A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certification or licensing

Skills:

  1. Extensive knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and printers.
  2. Broad knowledge of functions of the company and evolving desktop processing
    needs of departments and individual users.
  3. General knowledge of PC networks and network operating systems.
  4. Ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide variety of people at all
    levels of technical proficiency.
  5. Must be able to work and travel independently and use general office equipment.

E Branch Services Representative II – Minimum 1 Yr of Req Exp Not a Remote Position

Job description:

Provides service to members and staff regarding service related to E-Branch such as Courtesy Pay, Password resets, Online Banking and Cross Account Set up. Responsible for onboarding new and existing members via call list for various services. Position also requires strong attention to detail and completing tasks accurately.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for onboarding new and existing members via call list generated by the E Branch Manager for various services offered by Energy One. EBSR II’s will also be responsible for identifying and then offering service-based products and account features to members via inbound phone calls through the ACD. The EBSR II must be well versed in all Energy One service-related products.
  • Assist members with inquiries for online banking and other E-Service related questions though e-mail, messaging, chat and ACD. Employee(s) will act as the primary point of contact for E-Service focused, member facing ACD categories along with existing lobby staff. EBSR’s will be responsible for identifying and then offering service-based products and account features to members.
  • EBSR II’s will be responsible for identifying and then offering service-based products and account features to members via inbound phone calls through the ACD. The EBSR II must be well versed in all Energy One service-related products.
  • Cross trained to back up the completion of E-Deposits and Mail Deposits for Energy One members. Assist card services with daily limit increases and E-Service Ops with cross member set up. The EBSR II must also serve as a backup resource for monitoring efficiency focused reports such as bill pay user dormancy and NSF exempt status. Employee will also check reports designed to avert fraud through online banking.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Performance Measurements:

  • Provide informed, prompt, accurate service and support to all members and staff.
  • Carry out assigned duties and responsibilities with minimal errors according to established department standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures.
  • Cross-sell products and services to members when opportunities arise. (Courtesy Pay, Card Valet, etc.)
  • Report to work on time and maintain satisfactory attendance.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience – One year or more of similar or related experience.
  • Education – A high school education or GED.
  • Interpersonal Skills – Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
  • Other Skills – Ability to read, write and speak English. Able to operate a 10-key calculator, typewriter and computer keyboard.
  • Physical Requirements – Ability to sit at a desk or workstation for extended periods of time. Dexterity of hands and fingers for computer input.
  • Work Environment – Work is in an office environment. Employee will work as part of a team and be responsible to cross train in other areas of the department. Ability to work overtime as needed or requested.
