An overdraft occurs when you do not have enough money in your account to cover a transaction. As a service, we can cover your overdrafts in two different ways:
ATM and debit card transactions cannot be authorized when the network is down, and will be declined. If you opt-in, your transactions may be approved up to our standard off-line limits.
If overdraft protection is used to transfer funds and cover a transaction, a transfer fee applies. If we pay an overdraft an NSF fee applies. If you do not elect to cover your account with overdraft protection, your ATM and debit card transactions may be declined. Opting in minimizes the impact that system downtime has on your ability to use your card.
You can use your Business Visa debit card to pay for all your business purchases wherever Visa is accepted, at retailers, by phone, or online.

This automated tool will monitor your Visa debit card usage trends and notify you when any transactions seem out of the ordinary. For EnFact to work properly, we must have current, working phone numbers for you and a password on file. Please contact the credit union to ensure your information is up-to-date.
Zero Liability Policy
You are not liable for unauthorized purchases made with your Visa debit card, provided you notify the credit union promptly. Check your account history and pending activity online frequently to spot unauthorized transactions. Notify the credit union right away if your card is missing or if you find suspicious transactions.
