On the front of new Energy One debit cards is Contactless Indicator that allows you to make purchases securely and touch-free.
With the Digital Wallet app, you can securely store your Energy One debit card on your smartphone and make purchases with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay.
How do I activate my new card?
Activate your new card and choose a PIN by calling (855) 726-4885. Enter the information requested using a touch-tone telephone keypad. Once your card is activated you may begin using it for purchases.
How do I report a lost/stolen card?
To report a lost/stolen card call (888) 263-3370.
Do I need to update my payment information?
If you have used your debit card to pay for services that are directly billed to your card, such as utility bills, subscriptions and etc., be sure to update your payment information so your services are not interrupted.
What’s a surcharge fee ATM?
The owner of an ATM can charge cardholders a user fee. You can use your debit card at TransFund ATMs to avoid paying the surcharge fee.
